Welcome to the Hendon Christian Housing Association Website.

HCHA was set up in the 1960’s to provide affordable homes within the London Borough of Barnet, for local people in housing need.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have 115 properties for affordable rent in the Colindale, Hendon and Mill Hill areas. In order to be eligible for our properties, applicants must be in housing need and have a strong connection to the London Borough of Barnet.

We are an exempt charity under the Charities Act 1992, and is registered with charitable rules under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965.

We are also registered with the Housing Corporation and we are members of the National Housing Federation.
